Amy He - MSc Accounting

I was originally based in China with INEOS, and am now working at Lyndhurst for the polyolefins business. I handle contribution reports and performance reviews; providing analysis to the business team for decision making and assisting in budget and forecast processes. Every day, I'm learning new things about the business.

I really enjoy working in the New Forest which is a lovely place and INEOS encourage a healthy/active way of life and is also very sociable. Organised sports include football on a Monday, touch rugby on a Tuesday (I joined the team for the World Corporate Games in Leeds this year), jogging in the New Forest on a Wednesday and weight training on a Friday.

Working for INEOS has enabled me to gain a wealth of knowledge of different elements of the chemical industry, to develop professionally and personally and to be given responsibilities and accountabilities.
