Engineering Graduate Programme
Qualified to masters level you will be invited to join the graduate programme as a
graduate engineer.
During your 4-5 year development programme you can expect to
undertake a variety of placements across the site; being given genuine
responsibility on live projects from the start – giving you the
breadth of experience you’d expect from a global organisation.
We will give you a technical mentor and support you through your chartership.
Graduates joining us will receive a starting salary of
£27,800, combined with a range of other benefits including 25 days’
holiday (excluding public holidays).
If you thrive on challenge, there is no better
place to be.

Engineering Internship Programme
We are looking for undergraduates in their penultimate year of a
masters degree at university to join us on our excellent and well
established 12 week Internship programme. Based at Grangemouth –
INEOS’ largest asset and home to Scotland’s only crude oil refinery –
successful candidates will be joining teams that develop and
manufacture a range of fuels and chemicals for customers across the
world.
Our Internship programme provides challenging roles in a
manufacturing environment and opportunity to deliver on live projects
which have a key business need.
We are looking to recruit Interns for our summer programme
and based on your time spent with us, conditional offers of employment
may be made to suitable engineering candidates to join our Graduate
programme.
Both our Internship and Graduate programmes offer comprehensive
training together with immediate involvement in live projects. While
we will give you a full and detailed induction, much of your training
will be on the job.
We believe that real responsibility is both the best and the most
satisfying way to learn. At INEOS we recognise that our people are our
greatest asset as well as ambassadors for the company.
Interns joining us in 2010 will receive £310 per week.
