Commercial Graduate Programme

Qualified at degree level (in Accounting/Finance, Chemistry, Management, Business Studies or Economics) and after a comprehensive selection process (or having been successful in your end of internship assessment), you will be invited to join the Commercial Graduate Programme.

For those of you in your final year of your degree course, you will receive a conditional offer, subject to you gaining a satisfactory degree result.

During the 3 year programme, you will gain a wide experience in a number of key businesses (commercial, finance, supply chain, purchasing) and be given genuine responsibility on a variety of ‘live’ projects.

We will give you a mentor who will support you through your Programme and we will support you financially as you work through gaining professional qualifications.

Commercial Internship Programme

Each Summer, we seek to recruit a number of interns from commercial, business, accounting/finance, chemistry, management or economics backgrounds. Our Internships run for 12 weeks from June/July and offers students in their penultimate year at University, the opportunity to work on real life projects which have a key business need.

You will receive a competitive salary and we will place you in an environment that will nurture your skills. Throughout the placement, we will assess these skills and competencies, and confidential offers of employment may be made to suitable candidates to join our Commercial Graduate Programme.

For those Undergraduates currently studying Law or IT, we also offer high quality work experience during the summer months.
