HR Project Coordinator, Grangemouth, Scotland
Temporary Role for 6 months
Salary £25,000 pro rata

Who are we?
We are Scotland’s only crude oil refinery.  We are based in Grangemouth in the Central Belt of Scotland, in the heart of a thriving manufacturing sector.
If you are a dynamic, driven, hard-working and highly organised coordinator with HR and project experience who is looking for a new challenge then we want to meet you.

We are re-organising our existing team and transforming our service and we need someone with the skills and experience detailed below to help us through this transition:

Project knowledge/experience
Ability to work at pace and manage concurrent activity
Organisational and time management skills; ability to plan and prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
Detail and results orientated with ability to grasp the big picture
A strong self-starter who is adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated  
Strong IT skills, including the use of all MS applications and HRIS experience
Experience of providing administrative, systems and/or project support, in a HR environment would be advantageous

What the job will involve:
Providing administrative and organisational support to the HR transformation project.
Playing an active part in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing activities as required.
Attending regular project planning review meetings, providing progress updates and highlight issues.
Developing system understanding by completing e-learning courses and OTJ training.
Collation of accurate data to ensure that migration to the new system is effective and timely.
Preparation and upload of data migration files
Assist with system configuration
Create test scripts and complete user acceptance testing
Assist in the development and delivery of training material
Participate in meetings with HRIS provider and internal teams to facilitate project completion
