Maintenance Planner

This is an exciting time to join us at our Grangemouth site, INEOS’ largest manufacturing asset. Having committed to significant investment and remediation programme over the next few years, we require a Maintenance Specialist with relevant experience to play a key role in the delivery and support of our business.

Principle accountabilities for the role will include:

  • Execute the process that plans and schedules Polymers asset maintenance work for a rolling 6 month Program

  • Deliver an agreed 2-week fully engineered and resourced plan to optimize use of resources and deliver a productive, cost effective and safe maintenance program to the asset.

  • Monitor and drive progress to meet the schedule

  • Maintain the asset and work history data in the maintenance management system (Maximo) to enable effective planning

  • Develop and plan TAR scope(s) and assist in delivering TAR workload

The successful candidate will have:

  • A time served maintenance background

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • A detailed understanding of the maintenance workflow process e.g. Maximo and scheduling tools

  • Understanding of budgeting processes and cost control

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in computer systems, be able to network effectively with a strong bias for action

  • Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams, both Ineos and 3rd Party

  • HNC and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Track record in successfully delivering set piece events e.g. plant outages, TARs
