2. JOB PURPOSE
Working as part of the Turnaround Team provide Planning & Scheduling in compliance with Ineos FPS standards and the TAR common process.
3. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE:
Reports to the FPS TAR Leader as part of the FPS South Organisation. Turnaround Planner has no direct reports but will be expected to work closely with the wider TAR & Asset teams.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide Planning & scheduling expertise to ensure the Turnaround is delivered safely & on time.
Build and Maintain a detailed logic linked level 4 Turnaround schedule including Operations, Maintenance & Contractor activities.
Integrate Pre & Post TAR elements of the plan to the Asset Activity Planning process.
Produce reports on progress, critical path status & activity slippage
Maintain controlled TAR worklist & ensure emergent work process is robustly followed
On completion close out all TAR work orders in Maintenance Management system
5. SPECIAL FEATURES:
The Turnaround team is multi-disciplined and consists of a mixture of staff and agency personnel. In addition to this there are interfaces with Asset Engineering and Maintenance teams as well as 3rd party contractors. The post holder must be comfortable working within this multi-disciplinary environment.
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
HNC in relevant discipline or 5 years’ experience in similar role
Five years’ experience of Planning within an Oil & Gas / Refining / Petrochemical environment. Alternatively planning experience on Turnarounds / Outages in similar industries would be considered.
Prior Turnaround experience would be preferred.
Job Knowledge Skills:
Maximo or similar Maintenance Management system
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
